Link and Store Aadhaar Card Profile Details in DigiLocker Account

Well, subscribers can now easily store their Aadhaar card with DigiLocker and if you wish to make any changes to this data, it is advisable to visit the nearest registration center of Aadhaar, said the official Twitter officer of Digital India- @_DigitalIndia . According to the official website of DigiLocker -digilocker.gov.in., DigiLocker is a cloud-based platform for issuing, storing, exchanging and verifying documents and certificates in a digital form that allows users to store and access electronic versions of your certificates.
The government has launched DigiLocker to ensure lots of online and security documents such as the Aadhaar card, Permanent Account Number (PAN), among others. DigiLocker has partnered with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) so that it is available to subscribers automatically when they link their DigiLocker account with the Aadhaar card.
According to the Digital India tweet, the information shown in the Aadhaar profile on the DigiLocker account (such as name, address, email, mobile, etc.) is for exhibition purposes. This information is only obtained from the UIDI and no changes can be made to this data from DigiLocker. To make changes to Aadhaar’s data, subscribers must visit the nearest Aadhaar registration center and request the update, as reported by Tuit.
How to create a DigiLocker account?
Step 1: Subscribers only need your mobile phone number to sign up for DigiLocker. The mobile number will be authenticated by sending an OTP (single password) followed by a username and password. This will create a DigiLocker account.
Step 2: After the DigiLocker account is successfully created, the Aadhaar number (issued by UIDAI) can be voluntarily provided to provide additional services.
